Fueled & Aflame began as a Contemporary Christian Dance Company in southeast Michigan. It was named after the verse in Romans 12:11 from the Message Bible which says "Don't burn out, keep yourselves fueled & aflame...". The company was founded in 2001 by Carla & Allyn Crowe. For four years, the company performed throughout Michigan and surrounding areas and held numerous workshops and master classes. In the fall of 2005, Carla & Allyn moved to southwest Ohio, placing the company on a break indefinitely. Carla began teaching and directing the dance program at Dominion Academy of Dayton. In the Spring of 2010 she felt called to REIGNITE Fueled & Aflame in the form of a dance studio in Enon, OH. Carla's passion is to teach "dancers how to worship and worshippers how to dance." Fueled & Aflame Dance Studio will provide it's students with a safe place to develop their dance technique and pursue spiritual growth. We have witnessed and experienced the power and freedom that comes when students pursue both of these things simultaneously!
